Despite being at the theatre 30 minutes before the film the 3 employees including the manager (who would periodically leave to give service announcements of how busy they are and particular movies being sold out) who were working, (selling both tickets and also food to indecisive customers) were not able to sell tickets in time to allow customers to be seated within the first 20 minutes of he film shown. Seriously maybe employ more people and adoption of the model every other theatre uses of separate food and ticket lines would work better. Oh and by the way, the surcharge on online sales is a great twist... well played hoyts, well played .
